Fantini is based in Pella, on the shores of Lake Orta, and is a leading manufacturer of Made in Italy faucets, taps and shower mixers. The lake is the protective spirit of the brand: water is in fact the primary element of Fantini, its red thread: the company was born from the water and works with the water to create unique products.

We worked on digital positioning for Fantini, deciding to tell the story of the brand and its individuality through the products, the history and the work of the designers; we then worked on the art direction, taking up the high-style and minimalism of the brand catalogues (adapting it to the immediate language of social media) to convey the company’s leadership in its sector.

During the pandemic of 2020, we turned Zanotta’s social media channels into a digital sketchbook where creatives and designers shared emotions, thoughts and inspirations to demonstrate a closeness with the community and create a dialogue with people.

Their sketches and words have become the protagonists of Zanotta’s communication, creating a direct dialogue between the public and the designer.

Zanotta has always been open to contemporaneity, to fusion, to collaboration with great and young designers.

Our collaboration with the brand began with the digital launch of the Carlo Mollino tribute collection.

The initial plan was to present the collection with a musical performance at the Teatro Regio in Turin. But how could that be done during lockdown? Online, with a landing page, tailor-made for the event. Zanotta accompanies its customers on a discovery of products of the Mollino collection through videos, images and words. With “Always save your imagination” Zanotta has launched its first digital event and we were awarded an honorable mention from Awwwards and the special design kudos from CSSDA.

With the launch of the 2020 collection, Zanotta talked about authentic design, created to build relationships with those who live it. The “Zanotta Stories: Back to Emotions” project – Zanotta enters the homes of all: the beautiful, sophisticated, mundane, the homes of young singles, couples, and families. And it tells stories, each one different from the next.

They are stories about people, lives, and everyday life, but they are also stories of objects: told through illustrations, words, photographs, sketches and sounds.

The project came to life on company social media channels and on a dedicated landing page, which we designed and developed.

Sambonet is a historic brand of cutlery, kitchenware and home living products synonymous with Italian excellence, which contacted us to make its digital communication more effective and memorable. One of the objectives was to speak to an increasingly wide and transversal audience.

So we started with a question: how can excellence and “Italianness” be conveyed to a hyper-connected audience that lives in a world of rules that it no longer feels are its own and gives more importance to experience than to material goods?

This is where Bon Ton Tips comes from, the Sambonet video campaign that takes the age-old rules of etiquette and introduces them in an internet-proof format, to bring style, attention to the table and consideration for the cutlery of yesteryear into today’s world.

The campaign won the Key Award in the category “Branded Entertainment & Storytelling”.

Cersaie is Italy’s largest exhibition of ceramics and bathroom furnishings, and is promoted by Confindustria Ceramica, in collaboration with Bolognafiere Spa.

We oversaw the live coverage of the 2019 and 2021 editions of the event.

We followed and documented the five days of the exhibition through Cersaie’s official social media channels, reporting on exhibitors, symposiums and the moments of greatest interest, reaching almost half a million people in 2019 through the Facebook and Instagram channels alone. In 2021, we confirmed the results, even reaching more than four and a half million views.

And that’s not all. In 2019, through the Design Reporter project, the industry’s influential designers in attendance became front-line players in communicating and promoting the exhibition. Real, live reporters who documented the entire event on their own Instagram accounts.

In 2017, the international company Flos had a fragmented presence on social media across accounts opened by different distributors and countries around the world. The content they shared was not coordinated with one another in terms of tone of voice and visual identity.

Flos needed a global web and positioning strategy to properly communicate such a strong brand across all its customer touch points.

We analysed the initial situation. Together with the Flos marketing team, we set out the entire online strategy, the ways of involving the countries and the entire online identity of the brand: from art direction to tone of voice.

These channels have evolved from a situation that was fragmented to one that is organised, allowing the brand to maximise results by speaking to the community with one voice.

We co-ordinated the process by producing a Social Guideline, a tool that is clear, easy to use and has allowed headquarters to align itself with the different countries.
